Richard M. Goff, Managing Principal
Richard "Dick" Goff is the founder of RMG and has been investing in and providing strategic and financial advice to middle market companies since 1982.  He has significant experience in private equity investment, investment banking and businesses development. Dick previously served as a managing director of Alpha Capital Partners, a private equity firm in Chicago focused on acquisitions and growth financings in the lower middle market and was a co-founder of a firm dedicated to making acquisitions of and developing multi unit service businesses, Merchants Capital Partners. From 1982 to 1993 he was a general partner and CFO of a private equity firm focused on investments in healthcare and communications from start ups to acquisitions (MBW Venture Partners and its predecessor firm, Doan Associates).  He began his career as a CPA with Coopers & Lybrand in the audit and small business practices.
